My partner called this plumber to do work in our home. Excellent service and done right. Lovely man came to assist, and advice given, and we are left completely satisfied. Faced with an emergency as water was flowing freely across floor in a rental property. Unfortunately the tenant did not report the problem. Turned off water at mains and called 24 hour Plumber service. I was told plumber would be with me within 2 hrs. True to word plumber arrived within stated time and made an immediate repair. He stayed whilst tank in attic refilled to ensure repair was true. The plumber was an absolute gentleman. From this experience I will definitely use this service again.

We are absolutely delighted with the brilliant service 24 Hour Plumber provided us!The booking system is easy to use and it was great to be informed via text when the plumber was en route.Altogether, the plumber did a thorough job and quickly fixed the problem of our blocked kitchen sink pipe.We would certainly recommend this very professional company to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient plumber.

This service was absolutely brilliant and responsive.I needed to have a washing machine installed and this was the right company to hire for the job.Quick and efficient, cost effective and respectful, the staff here know the job and do it reliably.I was shocked at how quick they showed up and the quality of the job completed was simply brilliant.Now, almost 4 months later from the installation, I have not had a single problem with the installation or plumbing work done!Great job, 10/10

Great service today from Jarlath. Very professional service and very knowledge about the issue with a leak in my shower and also with a kitchen tap. Would certainly recommend 24 Hour Plumber. Most importantly these days they are very reliable and in my experience turn up to do the job when scheduled!

I rang in a panic on a Saturday due to a broken water pump and was told that the earlier appointment would be Wednesday but I'd go on a cancellation list. I got a call on the Sunday night to advise that there was a slot available Monday morning. The plumber rang to discuss the issue before arrival, quotes were completely transparent and the first check from the plumber was fixing the issue rather replacing the pump I.e. trying to save me money. A new pump was required and installed to perfection. Would recommend and will use again. All staff very nice to deal with also

Very impressed with this business. In the first place - they called backed after missing my call! A simple thing but it made all the difference! I really think they have a winning combination of someone professional and organised at the end of the phone someone else who's good at the plumbing bits! Pam was on the phone and Ryan did the job on the day and went over and beyond! Very very impressed And they were very good value.

We had a blocked toilet do I sent an email to the 24 hour plumber. I never used then before and they were not recommended yo me. Pamela rang me at 9. The morning didn't suit so we agreed that someone would call after 1. Ryan was in touch around 3.30 to say he would be with me within the hour. He arrived on time and thankfully solved our blocked toilet problem. He was very professional, a real gent who gave a 5 star service.Great service at a reasonable price.Thank you.

Ryan arrived on time and replaced two taps and a toilet valves/flusher - really great job. He was very pleasant & capable and explained the problems and choices to me. Absolutely fantastic service from Trevor. I contacted 24 Hour Plumber to fix my gas boiler and to give the boiler a service. Trevor arrived that evening and got to work. It took longer than he had expected due to pre existing issues with the boiler which he sorted out. All working perfectly again now. I was very impressed by Trevor, he is very professional and courteous and went above and beyond what I would have expected. Also very reasonable price given the amount of time involves. I have no hesitation in recommending 24 Hour Plumber, if there was an option to give more than 5 stars I would give it.

If you are ever in need of a plumber.. then definitely call Trevor!! He tried to fix the problem however, we ended up needing a new tank (not his fault, we had tried to DIY it) and so off he went to get it for us and installed it the same day. Meticulous, clean worker and just a lovely guy. Definitely our go to plumber forever. FYI.. offer him a cuppa!

Trevor is the most amazing plumber I've met in my life. He has the industry knowledge and experience to not only fix what is broken now, but to also point out things that will break if not fixed soon. Very timely response on a Sunday afternoon. Spent a long time diagnosing the problem, explained it fully, resolved it and sorted another plumbing problem at the same time. Trevor is a what I would call a professional plumber. In what can seem to us lay people like the emperors new clothes, he explains and simplifies technical issues so at least you have some handle on the problem. Courteous, efficient and effective.
